2. Appointments & Deposits

    • Appointments may be required for permanent jewelry services.

    • Deposits, if required, are non‑refundable and applied toward your service unless otherwise stated.

    • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation without refund.

    • Missed appointments or same‑day cancellations may forfeit deposits at our discretion.

3. Permanent Jewelry Acknowledgment

By purchasing permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Permanent jewelry is welded and not designed for frequent removal.

    • Removal may require cutting the chain and may damage the jewelry.

    • Normal wear, stretching, snagging, or breakage can occur depending on lifestyle and care.

    • Pink’s Lynx is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear, accidents, or improper aftercare.

4. Aftercare & Responsibility

You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided at the time of service. Pink’s Lynx is not liable for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

5. Refunds, Returns & Repairs

    • All services are final sale.

    • Jewelry services, welded chains, and custom pieces are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.

    • Repairs or re‑welding may be offered at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

    • Retail items (if applicable) may be subject to separate return policies clearly stated at purchase.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise specified.
